I always laugh when someone woefully remarks (& I bet you have heard it too):
“There’s nothing to do in Singapore!”
I used to be one of those cynics – the kind that don’t think that this little red dot is exciting or that there’s anything to do in Singapore besides watching movies. In fact, my friends & I watched movies almost every weekend. On other days, we’ll just laze around at Starbucks & chill out (which actually means talking crap doing nothing!).
& then I fell in love with events and haven’t stopped thinking or looking for new events to go to. Obsessive? Well, I’d like to think that I’m just passionate! 
All that interest has got me scouring for more information… Did you know that there is always something happening in Singapore every weekend? Or rather, Everyday?
When I told my friends that, they were shocked & then of course, demanded proof. & once they got to know about the many quirky & funky events that happens every weekend…Well, let’s just say we’re no longer just watching movies! Which is kinda refreshing!
Go dig & I’m sure you’ll experience something new & exciting here on this island just like we did! (or just go to SGTTDT of course!)
